Calculation
How Many Candles from 1 kg of Soy Wax?
Yield depends on the net fill of the container. With 1 kg of Soya Wax 50, roughly 5–6 candles in 200 ml containers and around 10 in 100 ml.
Scale, not milliliters
Flake/granule soy wax takes up more space before it is poured. Base the calculation not on the container's water capacity but on the net grams you want to pour. Leave 5–10 mm of space at the container's mouth; this reduces overflow and a drowned wick.
Practical yield table
Fragrance and dye slightly increase the total mass; 1 kg of wax is not 1 kg of finished candles. Allow a 3–5% margin for small loss (what stays in the vessel, weighing).
Workshop orders
In series production, weigh the same container and lock the recipe. Soya Wax 50 is stocked in 0.5–25 kg packages; for a wholesale list, see the Wholesale / Workshop page.

FAQs
How many candles from 500 g of soy wax?
Roughly half the yield: 2–3 candles in 200 ml containers and 4–5 in 100 ml. Write the fragrance and loss into the recipe.
Is the fragrance calculated separately from the wax?
Yes. 8% fragrance means 80 g of fragrance for 1 kg of wax; the total pour is about 1080 g. Choose the container accordingly.
