USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: Clean molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Level Surface: Ensure surface is flat and level before casting for perfect form.
- Stone Powder Mixing Ratio Tip: Reference ratio is 310-350 g water per 1 kg powder. Correct ratio ensures stronger object. Higher water increases fragility; lower water makes pouring and spreading difficult. Adjust ratio seasonally with temperature changes.
- Air Bubble Warning: Adding Li-Quit Air Entrainer (1-3 g per 100 g mix) minimizes bubbles. Tapping mold after pouring helps bubbles rise and escape.
- Demolding Time: Remove mold before stone powder fully cures and heats to preserve smooth details.
- Mold Release Spray Use: For series production, use release spray evenly on inner surfaces to extend mold life and ease demolding.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: Wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly after casting.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure. Store dry molds in original kraft box away from direct sunlight, heat, and weight.
- Quick Cleaning: Use wet wipes, tape, or alcohol wipes as needed.
Remember, each casting is an enjoyable experience. We wish you patience and pleasure in your production process.
