GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: Molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness that does not damage candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: If storage and usage instructions are followed, you can pour candles approximately 500 times.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple casting uses. Besides candle pouring, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster castings. By considering the freezing and working conditions of your raw material, you can create many different products. Not recommended for food products.

- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and size information to help you calculate raw material easily. This label prevents material waste and eliminates the need to search for digital data each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose casting advantages, wick holes are not pre-cut or pierced. Before candle pouring, you can easily pierce the wick hole in seconds without damaging the mold using a tool called a "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle.
- Mold Cutting: The mold’s opening is narrower than the body, allowing the balloon shape to form perfectly. Therefore, when looking from above, cut approximately 1 cm from two opposite horizontal and vertical legs in a plus shape at the opening. The uncut side legs should be pulled outward after drying to remove the candle. Before pouring, align and press the cut surfaces tightly. This cutting process helps your detailed candle come out easily without damage, prevents mold tearing, and extends its lifespan.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a flawless form, ensure the surface where you place the mold before pouring is flat and level.
- Heat Balance: Pay attention to the candle’s melting and pouring temperature for smooth details. Removing the candle before it is fully cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape irregularities.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your candle mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for future pours. To reduce workload and risk, we recommend having separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For mass production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects quickly. Apply the spray evenly inside the mold to form a uniform layer.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently heat the inside of the mold with a heat gun and wipe off candle residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure the mold is completely dry and store it in its original kraft box. Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for instant cleaning.
