GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness that does not damage candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Casting Guarantee: If storage and usage conditions are followed, you can cast approximately 500 candles.
- Multi-Purpose Casting Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds offer multi-purpose casting benefits. Besides candle casting, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster castings. By considering the freezing and working conditions of your raw materials, you can create many different products. Not recommended for food products.

- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and dimension information to help you calculate raw material amounts easily. This label prevents material waste and saves you from searching for digital data each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose casting advantages, they are sent without wick holes being opened or cut. Before candle casting, you can easily pierce the point where you will pass the wick using a tool called a "piercer" or a medium-thickness quilting needle within seconds without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a flawless form, ensure the surface where you place the mold before casting is flat and level.
- Temperature Balance: Pay attention to the melting temperature and casting temperature of the wax to ensure smooth mold details. Trying to remove the candle before it is fully cooled and solidified can cause loss of details and shape differences.
- Colored Casting Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after casting. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for your next castings. To reduce workload and avoid risks, it is recommended to have separate molds for colored and white castings.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For serial production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and quickly remove objects from the mold. When applying the spray, ensure an even layer on the mold's inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After casting, gently heat the inside of the mold with a heat gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Since silicone is flexible, it may deform under pressure over time. Make sure your mold is completely dry and place it in its original kraft box. Store away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy objects.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for instant cleaning.
