GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: Molds are made of durable white silicone with optimal hardness that does not damage candle details. They are flexible and have smooth inner surfaces.
- Casting Guarantee: With proper storage and use, you can cast approximately 500 candles.
- Multi-Purpose Casting Advantage: Silicone molds are suitable for various casting materials besides candles, including soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of the material. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candle and stone powder castings shown in images are not included. Only the high-quality silicone mold to produce these objects will be sent with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product is shipped in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and dimension information to help calculate raw material usage and reduce waste.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: Clean molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Molds are sent without wick holes opened or cut. Before casting, you can easily pierce the wick hole using a tool called "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level for a perfect form.
- Heat Balance: Pay attention to candle melting and casting temperatures. Removing the candle before it fully cools may cause loss of details and shape deformation.
- Colored Casting Tip: Colored candle mixtures may cause the silicone mold to change color. Proper cleaning and storage minimize color transfer. For zero risk, consider separate molds for colored and white castings.
- Mold Release Spray Use: To extend mold life and ease object removal in mass production, use mold release spray evenly on inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After casting, gently heat the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe candle residues with paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Store molds completely dry in their original kraft box, away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: Use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes as needed.
Remember, each candle casting is an enjoyable experience. We wish you patience and pleasure in your production process.
