GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Optimal Hardness: The molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness that protects candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
• Casting Guarantee: When stored and used properly, you can cast approximately 500 candles with the mold.
• Multi-Purpose Casting Advantage: Due to their silicone composition, these molds are suitable not only for candle casting but also for soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your casting material. Not recommended for food products.
• Package Contents: The candles and stone powder castings shown in the images are not included. Only the high-quality silicone mold to produce these objects will be sent with your order.
• Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and size information to help you calculate raw materials easily. This prevents material waste and eliminates the need to search for digital data each time.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
• Wick Placement: Since the molds are multi-purpose, they are sent without wick holes being cut. Before casting, you can easily pierce the wick hole using a tool called "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
• Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level to achieve a perfect form.
• Temperature Balance: Pay attention to the melting and casting temperature of the wax for smooth details. Removing the candle before it fully cools and hardens may cause loss of detail and shape differences.
• Colored Casting Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after casting. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for future castings. To reduce workload and risk, it is recommended to have separate molds for colored and white castings.
• Mold Release Spray Usage: For mass production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects faster. Apply an even layer on the mold's inner surfaces.

CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• Post-Use Cleaning: After casting, gently heat the mold interior with a hot air gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure the mold is completely dry and store it in its original kraft box. Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
• Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for instant cleaning.
