GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Optimal Hardness: Molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness that does not damage candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
• Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and usage, you can pour approximately 500 candles using the mold.
• Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple materials besides candle wax; compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster casting. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your material. Not recommended for food products.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
• Wick Placement: Molds are sent without wick holes opened or cut, due to their multi-purpose design. Before pouring, you can easily pierce the wick hole point using a tool called "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle within seconds without damaging the mold.
• Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold before pouring is flat and level to achieve a perfect form.
• Temperature Balance: Pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax to ensure smooth details. Removing the candle from the mold before it is fully cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape distortion.
• Colored Pouring Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for future pours. To reduce workload and risk, it is recommended to have separate molds for colored and white pours.
• Use of Mold Release Spray: For serial production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects quickly. Apply the spray evenly on the mold’s inner surfaces.

CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently heat the mold interior with a hot air gun and wipe off candle residues with paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure the mold is completely dry and store it in its original kraft box. Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
• Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for instant cleaning.
