GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made of durable white silicone with optimal hardness to protect candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and use, you can pour candles approximately 500 times.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their silicone composition, these molds are suitable not only for candle pouring but also for soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster casting. By considering the freezing and working conditions of your material, you can create many different products. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder casts shown in the images are not included. Only the high-quality silicone molds to produce these objects will be sent with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product is delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and size information to help you calculate raw materials easily. This label helps prevent material waste and eliminates the need to search for this data digitally each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: The molds are sent without wick holes cut or pierced to preserve versatility. Before pouring, you can easily pierce the wick hole with a tool called a "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle in seconds without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level before pouring to achieve a perfect form.
- Temperature Control: Pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax to preserve mold details. Removing the candle before it is fully cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape distortions.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for future pours. To reduce workload and risk, it is recommended to have separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For mass production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects quickly. Apply an even layer on the mold’s inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently warm the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Ensure molds are completely dry before placing them back in their original kraft box. Store away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for instant cleaning.
Remember, every candle pour is an enjoyable experience. We wish you patience and pleasure throughout your production process.
