Product Info
- Candle dyes are oil-based products used to color your candles.
- They have a thick, concentrated consistency and begin to soften and then melt when exposed to heat.
- This product is purple in color and weighs 20 grams.
- When making the candle you want to color, it is recommended to add a small amount (1%) of granule candle dye to the melting container along with your raw material (soy wax, paraffin, etc.). Mix the two products thoroughly to achieve a homogeneous blend. After your raw material has completely melted, drip a drop onto white paper and wait for the candle to dry. If the dried colored candle mixture on the paper matches your desired tone, your color is ready. If it appears lighter than expected, add a small piece (2%, 3%, 4%, etc.) more by breaking it into the liquid candle and mix well. Repeat this process until you achieve the desired tone.
- The visible color of the melted raw material will differ from the color after drying.
- The candle dyes you use can be mixed with each other, allowing you to create intermediate colors from different primary colors.
- Granule candle dyes are produced to minimize pigment issues after drying, unlike powder dyes. They are much easier to work with compared to powder dyes.
- Not suitable for oral consumption or contact with eyes.
- The candles shown in the images are not included in the sale.
