GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Optimal Hardness: Molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness to protect candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
• Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and use, you can pour approximately 500 candles.
• Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple materials besides candles, including soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your material. Not recommended for food products.

• Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product is shipped in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and dimension information to help you calculate raw material usage easily. This prevents waste and eliminates the need to search for data digitally every time.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• First Use: Clean molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
• Wick Placement: Molds are sent without wick holes opened or cut. Before pouring, you can easily create the wick hole using a tool called a "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
• Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level for a perfect form.
• Temperature Balance: To preserve mold details, pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax. Removing the candle before it fully cools can cause loss of detail and shape deformation.
• Colored Pouring Tip: Colored wax may stain the silicone mold after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions minimizes color transfer for future pours. To reduce workload and risk, consider having separate molds for colored and white candles.
• Use of Mold Release Spray: For serial production, use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects quickly. Apply an even layer on the mold’s inner surfaces.

CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently warm the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and can deform under pressure over time. Store molds completely dry in their original kraft box. Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
• Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for instant cleaning.
