USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose pouring advantages, they are sent without wick holes being cut or drilled. Before pouring, you can easily create the wick hole using a tool called "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle in seconds without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a perfect form, ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level before pouring.
- Temperature Balance: For smooth details, pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax. Removing the candle from the mold before it is fully cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape irregularities.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for future pours. To reduce workload and risk, we recommend having separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Mold Release Spray Usage: For serial production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects quickly. Apply the spray evenly on the mold's inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently warm the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Perfect Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure the mold is completely dry before placing it back into its original kraft box. Store away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for instant cleaning.
Remember, every candle pour is an enjoyable experience. We wish you patience and joy throughout your production process.
