GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: Molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness to avoid damage to candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and use, you can pour candles approximately 500 times.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple materials besides candles, including soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your material. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: Candle and stone powder casts shown in images are not included. Only the high-quality silicone molds to produce these objects are shipped with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product arrives in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and size information to help you calculate raw material needs easily, preventing waste and eliminating the need to search for data digitally each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: Clean molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Molds are sent without wick holes cut. Before pouring, you can easily create wick holes using a tool called "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level for a perfect shape.
- Temperature Balance: To preserve mold details, pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax. Removing the candle before it fully cools may cause loss of detail and shape deformation.
- Colored Pouring Tip: Colored wax may stain the silicone mold. Following cleaning and storage instructions minimizes color transfer for future pours. For zero risk and less workload, consider having separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Mold Release Spray Use: For serial production, use mold release spray to extend mold life and ease object removal. Apply an even layer on the mold's inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently warm the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Store molds completely dry in their original kraft box. Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for instant cleaning.
