GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness that does not damage candle details. They are flexible and have smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: If storage and usage conditions are followed, you can pour candles approximately 500 times with the mold.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their structure, silicone molds offer multi-purpose pouring benefits. Besides candle pouring, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster castings. By paying attention to the freezing and working conditions of your raw materials, you can create many different products. Not recommended for food products.

- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be sent in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and size information to help you calculate raw material usage easily. This label helps prevent material waste and eliminates the need to search for this data digitally every time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose pouring advantages, they are sent without wick holes being cut or opened. Before candle pouring, you can easily pierce the point where you will pass the wick into the mold within seconds using a tool called “biz” or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a flawless form, make sure the surface where you place the mold before pouring is flat and level.
- Temperature Balance: To get smooth details from the mold, pay attention to the candle's melting and pouring temperatures. Trying to remove the candle from the mold before it is completely cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape differences.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your candle mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for your subsequent pours. To reduce workload and risk, we recommend having separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For mass production, you can use mold release spray to extend the mold's lifespan and remove objects quickly. When applying the spray, ensure an even layer forms on the mold's inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently heat the inside of the mold with a hot air gun and wipe off candle residues with a paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Since silicone is flexible, it can deform under pressure over time. Make sure your mold is completely dry and place it in its original kraft box. Store away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for instant cleaning.
