Product Info
- Candle dyes are oil-based products used to color your candles.
- They have a thick, concentrated consistency and begin to soften and then melt when exposed to heat.
- This product is red in color and weighs 10 grams.
- When making the candle you want to color, it is recommended to add a small amount (1%) of granule candle dye to the melting container together with the raw material you will use (soy wax, paraffin, etc.). The two products should be mixed thoroughly to become homogeneous. After your raw material has completely melted, drop a single drop onto white paper and wait for the candle to dry. If the colored candle mixture drying on the paper matches the tone you want to create, your color is ready. If the tone is lighter than expected, break off a small piece (2%, 3%, 4%, etc.) and add it to the liquid candle, then mix well. Repeat this process until you achieve the desired tone.
- The visible color of the melted raw material while coloring your candle will not be the same as the color after drying.
- The candle dyes you use can be mixed with each other, allowing you to obtain intermediate colors from different primary colors.
- Granule candle dyes are produced to minimize pigment issues after drying, unlike powder dyes. They are much easier to work with compared to powder dyes.
- Not suitable for oral consumption or eye contact.
- The candles shown in the images are not included in the sale.
