GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness that does not damage candle details. They are flexible and have smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: If storage and usage instructions are followed, you can pour candles approximately 500 times.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their silicone composition, these molds are suitable for multiple materials besides candle wax, including soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your material. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder casts shown in the images are not included. Only the high-quality silicone mold to produce these objects will be sent with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and size information to help you calculate raw material usage easily. This prevents material waste and eliminates the need to search for this data digitally each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose pouring advantages, they are sent without wick holes being cut or drilled. Before pouring, you can easily create the wick hole at the desired point using a tool called "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a perfect form, ensure the surface where you place the mold before pouring is flat and level.
- Temperature Balance: To preserve the mold’s details, pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax. Removing the candle from the mold before it is fully cooled and solidified may cause loss of detail and shape deformation.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your candle mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for future pours. To reduce workload and risk, it is recommended to have separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Mold Release Spray Usage: For mass production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and speed up object removal. Apply the spray evenly inside the mold to form a uniform layer.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently heat the inside of the mold with a hot air gun and wipe off candle residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure the mold is completely dry and store it in its original kraft box. Keep it away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for quick cleaning.
