- Multi-Purpose Casting Advantage: Silicone molds are suitable for multiple casting purposes. Besides candle casting, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster castings. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of the material used. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder castings shown in images are not included. Only the high-quality silicone mold to produce these objects will be sent with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product is shipped in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and size information to help calculate raw material usage and prevent waste.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: Clean molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Molds are sent without wick holes opened or cut. Before candle casting, you can easily pierce the wick hole with a tool called "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level for perfect form.
- Heat Balance: Pay attention to the melting and casting temperature of the wax. Removing the candle before fully cooled may cause loss of details and shape deformation.
- Colored Casting Tip: Colored wax may cause the silicone mold to change color. Proper cleaning and storage minimize color transfer. It is recommended to have separate molds for colored and white waxes.
- Mold Release Spray Use: To extend mold life and ease object removal in mass production, use mold release spray evenly on inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After casting, gently heat the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe wax residues with paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure. Store completely dry molds in original kraft box away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weight.
- Quick Cleaning: Use wet wipes, tape, or alcohol wipes as needed.
Remember, each candle casting is an enjoyable experience. We wish you patience and pleasure in your production process.
