GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness to prevent damage to candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and usage, you can pour approximately 500 candles using the mold.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple casting materials besides candles, including soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your casting material. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder casts shown in the images are not included. Only the high-quality silicone mold to produce these objects will be sent with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and size information to help you calculate raw material usage easily. This prevents material waste and eliminates the need to search for digital data each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds support multi-purpose casting, wick holes are not pre-cut or pierced. Before candle pouring, you can easily pierce the wick hole at the desired point using a tool called a "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold before pouring is flat and level for a perfect form.
- Temperature Balance: To achieve smooth details, pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax. Removing the candle from the mold before it is fully cooled and solidified may cause loss of detail and shape deformation.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions minimizes color transfer in subsequent pours. To reduce workload and risk, we recommend having separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For mass production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and facilitate quick object removal. Apply the spray evenly inside the mold to form a uniform layer.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently heat the inside of the mold with a hot air gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure the mold is completely dry before placing it back in its original kraft box. Store away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for instant cleaning.
